MY FLIGHT TIME HAS CHANGED. DO YOU CHECK FLIGHT TIMES?
Yes, this is why when you book for an airport transfer, we will ask you for all your flight details. Our team will check and monitor your flight time to the best of their ability. However, we would ask that customers make us aware of any known delays (especially on short-haul flights) to ensure that we can send the car at the correct times.
DO YOU CHARGE FOR WAITING TIMES AND AIRPORT CAR PARKING?
We track flight landing times at all major airports so our driver will then arrive inside the terminal approx 30 minutes after your flight lands to ensure that waiting time and car parking time are kept to a minimum!
If there is any waiting time and car parking time over 30 minutes from the time your flight lands, you will be charged for any additional waiting time and car park fees accordingly. Waiting time and car parking charges, if incurred, will be charged at £20.00 per hour in 15-minute increments (£5.00) for all vehicle types. For credit/debit card customers, you will be required to settle this with your driver before the completion of your journey. For account customers, waiting time and car parking fees will be automatically added to your bill.
HOW LONG SHOULD I ALLOW FOR MY JOURNEY TO THE AIRPORT?
We would ask that you allow as much time as possible for your journey to the airport!

- Heathrow – Allow 2 hours
- Gatwick – Allow 3 hours
- Birmingham Airport – Allow 2 hours
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM AT THE ARRIVALS HALL AND I CAN'T FIND MY DRIVER?
On occasion, you may arrive at the airport arrivals hall before our driver. Usually, our professional drivers will be waiting for you with a Eurotaxis sign board with your name on it. If you are through Customs and Passport Control quickly, or your driver has encountered bad traffic, this can result in you being there before them.
Firstly find a visible location to wait such as an easily identifiable shop or cafe, then call our office on 0330 162 4988. We can make contact with our driver to find out exactly where they are, to provide you with an estimated time of arrival and we can also let them know where you are so that they can find you easily upon arrival to the terminal.
DO I NEED TO PRE-BOOK MY JOURNEY?
Due to the high demands on our drivers, we do recommend that our clients pre-book their journey with us. This will ensure that you have the peace of mind that your driver will be there to pick you up, and also that you are getting the best price on your airport transfer.
