Yes, this is why when you book for an airport collection, we ask for all your flight details. Our team will check and monitor your flight time to the best of their ability. However, we would ask that customers please do make us aware of any known delays (especially on short-haul flights) to ensure we are able to send the car at the correct times.

Do You Charge For Waiting Time And Car Parking On Airports?

Accepted Answer

We track flight landing times at all major airports so our driver will then arrive inside the terminal approx 30 mins after your flight lands to ensure that waiting time and car parking time is kept to a minimum!

If there is any waiting time and car parking time over the 30 minutes from the time your flight lands, you will be charged for any additional waiting time and car park fees accordingly.

How Long Should I Allow For My Journey To The Airport?

We would ask that you allow as much time as possible for your journey to an airport!

What Happens If I Am At The Arrivals Hall And I Cannot Find My Driver?

On occasion, you may arrive at the airport arrivals hall before our driver. Usually our drivers will be waiting for you with a EuroTaxis signboard with your name on it. If you are through Customs and Passport Control quickly, or your driver has encountered bad traffic this can result in you being there before them.
