My flight time has changed. Do you check flight times?

Yes, this is why when you book for an airport collection, we ask for all your flight details. Our team will check and monitor your flight time to the best of their ability. However, we would ask that customers please do make us aware of any known delays (especially on short haul flights) to ensure we are able to send the car at the correct times.

Do you charge for waiting time and car parking on Airports?

We track flight landing times at all major airports so our driver will then arrive inside the terminal approx 30 mins after your flight lands to ensure that waiting time and car parking time is kept to a minimum!

If there is any waiting time and car parking time over the 30 minutes from the time your flight lands, you will be charged for any additional waiting time and car park fees accordingly. Waiting time and car parking charges, if incurred, will be charged at £20.00 per hour in 15 minute increments (£5.00) for all vehicle types! For credit/debit card customers, you will be required to settle this with your driver before the completion of your Journey.  For account customers, waiting time and car parking fees will be automatically added to your bill.

How long should I allow for my Journey to the airport?

We would ask that you allow as much time as possible for your journey to an airport!

The below list is just a guide to help you plan your journey.

 

Bristol Airport - 45 minutes to 1 hour

 

Heathrow - Allow 2 hours

 

Gatwick - Allow 3 hours

 

Birmingham Airport - Allow 2 hours

 

What happens if I am at the arrivals hall and I cannot find my driver?

On occasion you may arrive at the Airport arrivals hall before our driver. Usually our drivers will be waiting for you with a Eurotaxis sign board with your name on it. If you are though Customs and Passport Control quickly, or your driver has encountered bad traffic this can result in you being there before them.

Firstly find a visible location to wait such as an easily identifiable shop or cafe then call our office on 00 44 (0) 1454 320101. We can then make contact with our driver to find out exactly where he is allowing up to provide you with an estimated time of arrival and we can also let him know where you are so he can find you easily once he has arrived at the terminal.
