Dear Sir. I was unfortunate enough to be on an Easyjet flight bound for Gatwick on Tuesday night when the snow hit and closed the airport. Easyjests solution was to bus 200 people back to Gatwick. The service we recieved form Eurotaxi's in horrible conditions was excellent. We had a 4 coach convoy travelling through the night in foul conditions. I was in the lead coach, our driver 'Taff' was excellent in everyway. He ensured we were all informed of what would be happening and the decisions he would take in various scenarios. Very reassuring after hearing virtually nothing from Easyjet before we got to the coach. He drove very skillfully and sensibly and his aim was clearly to get us to Gatwick if at all possible, many others im sure would have been in a hurry to get parked up for the night and to hell with everyone's commitments for the following day. Taff impressed me with the way he dealt with his passengers too. Inevitably there were a few 'irrate' people on board and I overheard how he dealt with them. Calming and authoratitive... Its a shame you guys aren't in a position to get me home from Geneva in under 90 minutes or I'd be in touch for next time..! Many thanks once again Mr C January 2010

Just a quick note to thank your driver for a great weeks driving at Chateau Beaumont. His driving was exceptional and he ensured that everybody was seated and belted before he moved away, the coach was extremely comfortable and was always clean and tidy for the next day. It was commented that the driver took pride in his vehicle, he was informative and gave the children a little insight into places that we visited during our week and even came up with suggestions for a proposed visit next year.
