Flood Emergency Relief 20/7/2007
On Friday, 20 July, I was intending to travel
by rail from Bristol Parkway to Birmingham. The rail service was
cancelled and replaced by a coach service, operated by yourselves. I
was on a coach that left Bristol Parkway at approximately 5pm, and
finally arrived in Birmingham in the early hours of the morning. Your
driver did a fantastic job in very difficult circumstances, maintaining
his calm and good humour in the face of increasingly tired and fraught
passengers. I am afraid that I do not know his name, but he should be
complimented on his dedication.
